Wasukaverse
The project was done as part of the Arts Projects module at LASALLE College of the Arts. The team worked with an industry partner — Wasuka Arts — to create a speculative proposal looking at the potentiality of integrating elements of the metaverse, cyptocurrency and blockchain technology into the company's business operations, as a way to re-imagine the function of a gallery in the age of digital technology.

Team leader, data analyst, spreadsheet designer. Was responsible for researching Gen Z UX/UI preferences for phase 1 of the business plan.
This ambitious project was done between January and May 2023, as part of the Arts Project module at LASALLE College of the Arts’ BA(Hons) in Arts Management programme. The main scope of the project was to work with our partner, Wasuka Arts, in creating a business proposal that targeted current and future pain points in their business model & operations — making use of emerging XR (AR, VR, etc.), metaverse and blockchain technologies.
My work as the project lead centered around facilitating the team’s discussions and ideas, and matching them to the industry partner’s intended outcomes & objectives. Other work & contributions include:
- Organising of survey data for data analysis
- Design of business proposal
- Editing of business proposal
- Literature review research into the UX/UI preferences of Gen Zs
